By signing up and actively using the Disney Treasures Club Program you agree to all Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement. Disney Treasures Club may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification to its members. However, members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Disney Treasures Club. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Disney Treasures Club program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. This agreement also applies to Disney Treasures LLC websites; DisneyTreasures.biz, DisneyTreasuresClub.com, DisneyTreasuresClub.net, DisneyTreasures.net and others not included in this listing.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to all members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Disney Treasures Club account.

You will use your automatic generated user identity/password & email address combined to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "Edit Profile." link in the members only area.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Disney Treasures Club account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Disney Treasures Club be detected, it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Disney Treasures Club. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Disney Treasures Club. limited to no more than (30) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Disney Treasures Club, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish and auto responder messages will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Recommended Investment-Clubs or Communities

Disney Treasures Club does not guarantee any results nor hold any responsibility for the actions of any recommended Investment-Clubs or Communities. This includes, but is not limited to, on time payment of funds, uptime of recommended Investment-Club or Community website nor any other technical or non-technical reason. Disney Treasures Club also has the right to change and or remove recommended Investment-Clubs or Communities from its site at any time for any reason without any repercussions from members. Members of Disney Treasures Club are strictly forbidden to deal with any and all past or present recommended Investment-Clubs or Communities via private deals. Any member caught violating this will be terminated from the Disney Treasures Club system immediately.
 

Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE COMMUNITY AREAS AND DISNEY TREASURES CLUB SITES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER DISNEY TREASURES CLUB, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT THE DISNEY TREASURES CLUB SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE DISNEY TREASURES CLUB SITES OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITES OR THE COMMUNITY AREAS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Disney Treasures Club, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use by you of the Disney Treasures Club Sites and/or the Community Areas.

Termination

Disney Treasures Club shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with respect to any user which Disney Treasures Club, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement. Disney Treasures Club does not have to provide a refund for any fee/purchase under any conditions. Either you or Disney Treasures Club may terminate this Agreement at any time. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with (i) any terms and conditions of this Agreement, or policy or practice of Disney Treasures Club in operating the Disney Treasures Club Sites and/or the Community Areas, (ii) content available through the Fee or change therein, or (iii) amount or type of fees or billing methods, or change therein, is to terminate this Agreement by contacting the Disney Treasures Club Admin at admin@disneytreasures.biz. Notice of termination will be effective upon receipt by Disney Treasures Club. Without limiting the foregoing, Disney Treasures Club shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with respect to any user which Disney Treasures Club, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement. In the event that your account is terminated or cancelled, no refund of any fees, including account balances, will be granted. Fees paid for any package/purchase are paid in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part. Down lines will as well be forfeited to the user’s track reference (up line).

Relationship of the Parties:

You and Disney Treasures Club are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Disney Treasures Club. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Disney Treasures Club. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

This website and the information contained within it; is protected by Copyright law and entreaties. Reproduction of part or all of the website content in any form is prohibited without exceptions. Content of this website, may not be copied to any other publication (including electronic, hard copy or others). However, interior deep linking or framing of this website is prohibited without written permission of Disney Treasures LLC.

Limitation of Liability:

Disney Treasures Club will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Disney Treasures Club program, even if Disney Treasures Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Disney Treasures Club aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Members may earn by selling Business Suite Vouchers to new members in Disney Treasures Club program. Members will earn Bonus of new membership purchases into Disney Treasures Club. Members' earnings will be paid to members myTchest only. Disney Treasures Club will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Disney Treasures Club. Payments will be made ONLY when targets are reached.

Spam:

You may not exchange your membership password or ID through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Disney Treasures Club and may result in legal prosecution. Disney Treasures Club strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Disney Treasures Club will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
